They can be cut in half for mid-sized hoops. You can even cut them in thirds for three 5 x 7 hoopings. Because these are packaged flat, these pre-cut sheets have no end of roll curl, and you can count the sheets to see exactly how many hoopings remain.  50 sheets per package.
